Epos Now Update 2.46

Because Epos Now is a cloud based software package any updates are automatic.  It ensures that your system will never become out dated and you will never have to pay for costly upgrades.  New features are constantly being rolled out, some of these features are ones that are chosen and voted for by the users,  and most importantly they are features that help you to run your business effectively.

    Duplicate a Promotion

    We are pleased to announce the ability to Duplicate a Promotion. This will save a large amount of administration time and reduce error. The feature will be available to all users and accessed in the Back Office. It will work in the same way as duplicating a product and below is a demonstration of its simplicity:

Feature Recall: Unrecognised Barcode Alert

In our 2.45 release we added in the new Barcode scanning feature, due to unforeseen consequences of this functionality we have made the decision to withdraw this feature for further testing. Following the publishing of this 2.46 release, the previous till functionality will revert back to version 2.44 for Barcode scanning and searching only. This will be reviewed and re-released once updated.

Kitchen Display Screen API Update

With our newest hospitality solution hardware now in the UK we also give our software a boost with the ability for online orders to submit straight to the relevant kitchen display station. For customers using apps like Ordoo and Hopt they can now ensure their kitchen seamlessly manages them all effectively.
